How do you connect to our store?
We connect via standard read-only API credentials or scoped collaborator access in Shopify/Amazon Seller Central. We only read historical orders, returns, and payout transaction records. We cannot edit products, fulfill orders, or transfer funds.
Can we keep our existing supplier COGS spreadsheet?
Yes. You do not need to change how you manage supplier invoices. We connect directly to your existing Google Sheet or CSV upload, and our automated dbt models join it against fulfilled orders automatically.
How does the 14-day free pilot work?
During the pilot, we set up your tenant pipeline, ingest 90 days of historical data, and provide your first full month-end reconciliation pack and dashboard access. If it does not save you at least 10 hours of work, you owe nothing.
